Great hotel; conveniently across the street from a grocery store; great staff; clean room; affordable; close to Chain Reaction.

Liked: The kitchen was almost fully stocked with cookwear and utensils. Room was clean. Staff very friendly, professional, and accommodating. There's a pool and designated smoking area despite the smoke free rooms/balconies. Free coffee bar.
Disliked: Our kitchen didn't have oven pans, oven mitts, or a measuring cup.

Boutique hotel--both charming & quaint.

Liked: The place was just like it was billed: Charming, quaint.Close to Knott Berry. No spa, but there is a pool.
Disliked: Surprised that neither attendant knew anything historical about the place.The breakfast was too basic. Cereal. Coffee.

Liked: It's not fair that we pay a deposit yet still can't be comfortable and not even smoke o the balcony/patio that's available and we pay for parking and I cam understand if the property is damaged or burning cigarette but at least still allow your guest to smoke on the balcony and patios at least other than that great

Liked: Clean spacious room. Exelent music in hotel halls. Blackout curtains in the room were large and functional, and the kitchenette was clean and well stocked for needs. The pool was spacious and heated to 70° staff was friendly and helpful. Powerful air conditioner.
Disliked: Must ask staff for room turn down service if want room cleaned befor 3 days (including trash pick up) but staff helpful and happy to put you on the cleaning list.
