Great hotel; conveniently across the street from a grocery store; great staff; clean room; affordable; close to Chain Reaction.

Liked: The kitchen was almost fully stocked with cookwear and utensils. Room was clean. Staff very friendly, professional, and accommodating. There's a pool and designated smoking area despite the smoke free rooms/balconies. Free coffee bar.
Disliked: Our kitchen didn't have oven pans, oven mitts, or a measuring cup.

Liked: The room was large, with a kitchen, sitting area and a large enclosed patio. Very close to Knott’s and Disneyland (about half way in the middle of both).
Disliked: The continental breakfast could be better.

Liked: Great central location with easy transport across the city.
Disliked: Whilst upfront and honest about how regularly the rooms are serviced and additional items always available upon request perhaps a linen cupboard or something for ease of just grabbing extra towels when needed could be considered.
