Disappointing

W HOTEL I LIKED IT...

Liked: I LIKED THE LOCATION, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN. VERY NICE OVERALL VERY FEW COMPLAINTS
Disliked: I THINK THERE WAS BLACK MOLD IN THE SHOWER CRACKS AND THE TUB HAD FLOATIES IN IT, PRETTY SURE DEAD SKIN. HAD TO CLEAN BEFORE USAGE. BATHROOM IS SMALL

Great location and facilities.

Liked: Perfect location for lazy river rafting and to get in and out of town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great little cafe/dinner (the Bear Hut) attached to the hotel.
Disliked: EV charging was operated by a third party company at a cost (wasn’t included in the Flo network) and was a slow 6.2kW rate. We drove into town and used the 50kW BC Hydro chargers instead.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were nice
Disliked: - room was paid through booking.com, we were asked to show credit card used to pay through booking.com (never had this anywhere else) no problem though I handed it over to confirm last four digits. She began writing down the credit card number, I asked why as we had paid the damage deposit already in FULL. She didn’t answer and turned the card over for CVC number. I stated I did not want my credit card information written down (also zero explanation why she was doing this) she repeatedly said “oh yes sorry” and kept writing. I physically had to reach over to grab my card away. It was APPALLING and my card number was compromised now being written and saved by her with ZERO explanation why. - room STINKS like cheap perfume, I am not even sensitive to smells and it was almost unbearable- rooms have damage everywhere and are run down - pool and hot tub were dirty and had murky water , no towels provided at pool. Where you go to rinse before and after there was no soap provided as dispenser was empty- it’s been 3 days I still haven’t been refunded my damage deposit and I had to cancel my credit card that was compromised by front desk - would never stay here again

Liked: - friendly staff- big rooms- the rooms were not carpeted
Disliked: - beds could have been cleaner - some stains on sheets- very expensive for what you get - not directly on the main strip

Liked: Good location next to the shore lake
Disliked: Room.not updated the bed it's not comfortable you feel like sinking and moving when you turn carpet smell old the pool it's not clean and no light
