Occupying a historic Art Nouveau building in the Josefstadt district opposite the University Campus this family-run 4-star guest house Pension Excellence is only 5 minutes' walk from Vienna's Town Hall the Schottentor/Universität Underground Station and the Ringstraße boulevard. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Rooms at the Pension Excellence are all nonsmoking and feature adjustable air-conditioning while soundproof windows are installed for all street facing rooms. They come with a flat-screen cable TV mini-bar safe allergy-friendly wooden floors leather box-spring beds and a bathroom. Good value for money

Liked: The location was good (a short tramway or metro or bus ride to everything). The room was a good size and had everything we needed including a fridge. The price was very reasonable.
Disliked: The decoration was really poor. Staff were not very interested to hear or solve any problems. Not rude, just indifferent.
