Liked: good, polite, and kind staff. They allowed me to have the room before the official check in hours and held my luggage for a couple of hours after I checked out. Very clean and easy to find location. It was also a safe area, especially when you're a solo traveler. P.S. the rooms are better than in the photos.

Disliked: Minimal breakfast buffet, few options and if you wake up late there were many items finished already.

Liked: Location was very convenient for my purposes and very well connected with public transport. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room had very poor light and felt a little cramped. Additionally, the walls were paper thin and people kept trampling along the corridor at all times during the night, disturbing my sleep.

Liked: The room was fantastic, the breakfast was brilliant, the staff were great. We arrived late at night and received helpful instructions for a seamless check in with no issues
Disliked: Although the room was perfectly silent during the night, there was some noise in the morning, both in the corridor and also from some maintenance work taking place
