Not luxualy,But comfortable. That's Better.

Liked: Breakfast and access to town are really nice.
Disliked: I had heavy luggage , but no elevator here so Its hard for me.And Berlin also still hot in September this summer. That's why no aircon may little bit hard in the future.

Fine for a night if...

Liked: position, a convinient grocery store in front of the street, quiet, breakfast included
Disliked: facility is old with very basic furnitures and small room.

Exceptional

Liked: The breakfast was lovingly prepared and arranged by a friendly & attentive woman.
Disliked: That there were foldable beds stored in the room.

Great value for weekend

Liked: Good value, clean, good location, cold water dispenser outside the room was wonderful, great shower pressure, windows opened fully
Disliked: Too warm with no fan/air conditioning in the summer, no ventilation in the bathroom so very hot, no iron for clothes in room

Liked: Close to train. Beds comfortable. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was terribly hot on the front side and over 2 noisy restaurants. We requested a fan and they gave us a little one for 3 people in different directions in the room. We could have used 3 fans but there weren't enough outlets for even our phones and the table lamps. I requested Info on a taxi to take us to the bus station very early on day of departure. The man in the office said no worries, office open 24 hrs, come that morning and we will call for you. I did that and office was closed, no one there. I panicked a little not knowing who to call but managed to figure it out and was able to get to the bus on time. Quite stressful.

Liked: Good location, the price, simple breakfast included
Disliked: Lacks air conditioning, old furniture

Liked: The place is nice and close to public transportation.
Disliked: The breakfast is not good and not worth paying for.
