Liked: My single room was nice, also there was a mini fridge which was very useful

Clean and massive roooms.

Liked: We stayed in quadruple room and the room was massive. Good size bathroom as well. Perfect view of the cathedral. Room was clean.
Disliked: There are 2 sets of stairs and we had lots of bags. Eric was very nice and opened special lift for us to avoid one staircase but we still had to use one set of stairs.

Exceptional

Liked: Spacious room, nice and clean bathroom, warm inside, very short walk to the very city centre, including Weinachtsmarkt.
Disliked: Staircase is a bit dated.

Liked: Mix up with our booking from our end, the staff quickly sorted it out.

Disappointing

Liked: Location, ceiling, hall, comfortable bed
Disliked: Shower head was broken, shower was not draining, water switched from very cold to very hot , impossible to take a shower We were 3 people and asked for a room for 3 people however there was only a bed ( 2 single beds pulled together) for 2 people Room opened directly into the breakfast area
