Great location and value!
Liked: The receptionist was so helpful. She gave me advice on traveling, restaurants, airlines, and hairdresser. I felt very safe here as a solo traveler. I also loved having a bath tub.

Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location and facilities for enjoying some downtime at the end of the Camino. We appreciated the friendly staff and the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and hotel were excellent. Great access to the markets and plenty of local places to eat and drink made this a great place to stay for a few days.

Liked: nice luxurious room with spacious balcony seating. Love the separate two-sink vanity. Wonderful front desk staff, very friendly and helpful 24/7.
Disliked: If the shower were updated with rain showerhead and overall brighter and more modern would be even better!

A nice break after walking...

Great hotel in a beautiful...
Liked: location is great.Staff were lovely and helpful.Airport bus just 50 m away.Nice room, comfy bed.
Disliked: Think it might get a bit noisy at the weekend. We stayed Mon-Thurs and the last night was a lot noiser with a popular bar next door.

Very disappointed with not having...
Liked: The room was beautiful with sunny windows and view to the market. It was sparkling clean too!
Disliked: There was no hot water in the morning and after calling the reception we were told that they were aware of the issue and that it would take 5 minutes for it to be sorted. We waited for half an hour and ended up taking a cold shower as we had to leave soon. We were told that sometimes they need to restart the water heater if someone complains which makes it clear that they are aware of the issue, they just don't fix it. At least let your guests know what to do in case it happens instead of making a cold shower ruin their experience.
