Very poor

Liked: I liked the fact that when we left id never have to return.
Disliked: The room was terrible, we were a party of 3 but only ever given 2 towels a day, 2 out of 4 days we had hot water, we arranged a photo shoot for our daughter which the photographer wasn't even allowed inside the breakfast was disgusting with no.selection same stuff everyday didn't cater for intolerances one night had to go let staff know another guest was screaming down her phone. Really hated it wouldn't recommend it, don't rate it won't ever return. Was nothing like the pictures.

Disappointing

Liked: Check in was good, and had hot water and decent bathroom.
Disliked: The travelers tax was added, we did not know about it and had to pay another $20 which then made the room $90 and it was definitely not worth that much money. Breakfast wasn't included, bed and room was not that clean and pillow extremely uncomfortable. Even though we only stayed for one night, it was not the best experience and about 40 mins walk from anything central.

Rubbish

Liked: I think you're aware of this sort of terrible hotels that's why I will never use booking.com again. Our room was open all night because we couldn't close the door,it's broken. Soon you will heard about this in one of the British newspapers. I will not ask you for refund because I'm going to waste my time chasing you and you will find a way to avoid paying the refund anyway.
Disliked: Everything, including your misleading tactics in your website. Remember not everyone is Mr Bean in this planet. Try to be honest and you will see the result. You and other crooks call this a business thinks ,you are wrong this is a criminal act.
