Liked: The location was ok and the staff
Disliked: I’ve paid for a room with balcony and when i arrived they give me a room without. They told me they give room like this only if it is avaible even if on booking is writen that the rooms have balcony. Also we had ants in the room.

Long weekend away that exceeded...
Liked: Beds were really comfy! We don't believe the bad reviews as our room was perfectly comfy and quite clean, bed was spotless and shower was a lovely pressure and heat. Breakfast was one croissant, one pain au chocolat, biscoff and some crispy bread with a range of jams, Nutella and honey. Plus options of dairy such as yoghurt and cheese, cereal, coffee, tea and juices. We had a really nice view of typical Paris apartments, location was really cool with a little walk from Gare Du Nord, plenty of shops around and cafes.
Disliked: Walls were a little thin so take some earplugs!

Worst stay in this hotel....
Liked: There’s nothing that really stands out in this property. It’s the worst hotel service.
Disliked: There are so many to enumerate. Here are the flowing:1. The receptionist is very rude. There’s a female receptionist who is not very welcoming and accommodating to the guests.2. There are no door signage outside of the door. Cleaning staff doesn’t knock on the door and just swipe the access card and goes in despite there’s music playing to indicate there’s a guest in the room.3. There is always loud noise when the elevator is being used, especially when your room is near the elevator. The door has no noise stopper when it needs to be closed. There’s always a big loud noise from the door any time whenever someone closes the door.4. The receptionist takes your swipe card every time you go out. I understand the security aspect but for the guest’s safety of mind, anyone can have access into the room as the card is not with the guest whenever the guest goes out of the hotel. The room is paid by the guest so the guest can be in and out of the room anytime without the hassle of asking for access card from the receptionist.5. The WIFI connection is very poor wherever you go anywhere in the hotel. 6. If this is a 3- star hotel, it should have documented policies of the hotel. The receptionist doesn’t not allow guest to receive visitor even during day time. what type of 3 star hotel is this? I asked the staff to provide supporting documents to be printed from the website but cannot produce any. I understand there’s policy re: pet / child. But where is your policy regarding receiving guests during the day. Receptionist trying to show me a picture frame in French. How rude is that ? How do I know what’s written on the frame ? There’s no date indicated on the frame. There’s a difference between visiting and staying overnight . But visiting guests during daytime is not allowed ? This is ridiculous. Receptionists are just making up rules. This is not a very good service of the hotel.

Wouldn't return.
Liked: Was walking distance to most things.
Disliked: Balcony is not an actual walk out balcony. Walls were extremely thin, could hear everything from chairs being moved to water in the pipes.
