Fantastic Location

Liked: Well presented, clean and great location! Facilities were very good, we stayed in a family room which was very spacious.
Disliked: I appreciate it is an old building, but the heating system is very noisy all night, the radiators sound like they need bleeding and the pipes don't sound like they are lagged at all. Also the quilts on the double beds weren't even the width of the bed so if you are sharing they simply arent big enough, however we did ask for a second quilt and one was provided straight away.

A perfect stay with great...

Liked: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Wrocław! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Stary Rynek, making it ideal for exploring the city. The apartment was a decent size, with a comfortable bed and sofa, and the bathroom was spacious and lovely, especially the bath.The WiFi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and the staff were absolutely great – both at the reception and in the restaurant. They were incredibly helpful and polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Disliked: I highly recommend booking a room in the newer part of the hotel. It’s a bit more expensive, but the difference in quality is definitely worth it.

Excellent choice for a city...

Liked: The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Friendly staff with smiles on their faces. Amazing breakfast; great selection and well presented. Great location for exploring the old town. If we return to Wrocław, we will stay here again.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Passable

Liked: The booking for one of our party was changed at the last minute(about to board plane) to sister hotel Duet. As we were travelling as a group we did not want to leave one person on their own. Unfortunately Patio could not fulfil booking so the whole group opted to change to Hotel Duet. The location was okay but Patio was better located.

Great location but close to...

Liked: Great location close to Xmas market. Large room which was very clean. Warm and comfortable. Good value.
Disliked: Don’t stay if you are a light sleeper. Near to nightclubs so can hear music all night, base resonating through room. Staff not welcoming. Limited tea &coffee in room so bring your own or keep asking for more. Ordered taxi for airport through reception and in the morning the receptionist did not know and gave our taxi to different group. No apology when she noticed her error.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Lovely public spaces and very spacious clean quiet room. Had 111 and it looks out on a courtyard which was blissfully quiet despite the city being busy with the Christmas markets. Staff stored our luggage after checkout and we came back for a coffee and to use the WiFi in the afternoon. Fabulous location, close to the Rynek. Nice breakfast with hot food freshly cooked for you and waitress service. WiFi was great.
Disliked: Beds were very low. They were sprung which wasn’t as comfortable as foam but they were ok. I would have liked an extra pillow or two in the room, you only got one and it was very very soft. Milk pots to make coffee would’ve been good too!
