Disliked: You have to ask for a hairdryer and return it as soon as you finish with itNo remote control for the TV The bathroom have a way to get flooded and not extractor installed

Good location

Liked: Location of the hotel is ideal for walking to all the main sights. The ambience of the hotel and surrounding area with all the local cafes, bars, and restaurants.The hotel room was clean and modern, and there was plenty of room for the two of us.
Disliked: Room could have done with tea or coffee making facilities. However, this probably isn't the Seville way as it is big on cafe culture!

Disgusting room and cheating

Liked: Location
Disliked: See real photos of the room I paid a lot for. This was terrible room (small, dark, like a prison, nothinlg in, dirty, view to firestairs inside, every noice is heard, bad linen, bed, etc), no change for the room possible, charged as for comfortable twin, provided hostel level single. Cheating and attitude. For the money I paid was the most terrible experience recent years (I am frequent traveller). Please see photo of booking and my room photo and you will understand. And they told they do not have other rooms and it was not refundable.

Liked: Location was the selling point, central and close to anything you might like.
Disliked: Bathroom had a really really dirty smell. Pillows and bed were some of the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. Worst of all close to my bed in the middle of the room was a bulkhead, type of plasterboard pillar, I could regularly hear what sounded like rodent activity/chewing from within that area. Totally ruined my ability to sleep.

Disliked: The windows whilst pretty, they were a bit awkwardThe bathroom (well ours) was quite big as was the shower, however a hook to hang the shower head would've been great so that you can wash your hair with both hands not just one.

Passable

Liked: The central position. Next to the city centre, shops, restaurants.
Disliked: The staff (one of them) was very rude to me. I waited for 20 minutes for check in and, when it was my turn, I was again ignored again and, later, the man at the desk raised rhe voice with me shouting that I have to leave the keys at the reception desk every time I leave the room. He could gave said it nicely but he did not. Other staff members were kind.The room was very very small, dirty walls, no places to leave the things, just one small table, no chair, and the smell from the toilet is awful. No shampoo nor hairdryer in the toilet, just soap for hands. Seville offers much better places to stay.
