The stay was great; good staff but need to be be more efficient with internet rooms.

Liked: To make up they were apologetic - gave us a voucher for breakfast and parking.
Disliked: Made reservation online - one room was not given the way I asked for.

Will return enjoyed ourselves.

Liked: Very authentic very very comfortable I love the piano bar
Disliked: Staffed didn’t tell me that the 10th floor had loud music all nightDid not receive my free breakfast. The next morning had to pay $40 I was promised to have a free breakfast.
