Decent hotel

Liked: Positives - Most of the hotel was ok for cleanliness but it was perfect, the staff were all friendly! Good location and the hotel had good enough facilities for a weekend away in the city Negatives I did find the room dusty and one of our cups had been used, it wasn't enough to mention to the staff as I was only there for the 1 evening. I didn't really like the decor or the dark wood that shows alot of the marks.

Warm Hospitality and Great Comfort...

Liked: We had a great stay at Radisson RED Madrid. The location is excellent—central and convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and overall, the ambiance was modern and inviting.A special mention goes to Mr. Wojtek at the reception—he was exceptionally kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His helpful attitude really stood out and made a positive impression.The rest of the staff were also courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. However, one area that could be improved was housekeeping—specifically, the shower gel and hand wash were not refilled during our visit, which caused some inconvenience.Despite that, we would still recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.
