Beautiful location, good place if...

Liked: The property is beautiful with helpful staff.
Disliked: It is very loud. We stayed on the second floor directly below the kitchen and closer to the rooftop restaurant and bar. We were kept up by the band and sounds from the kitchen both nights we stayed.

Very outdated hotel that needs...

Liked: The location of this hotel was perfect. Easy access to the park and restaurants close by.
Disliked: Outside of the location and blue exterior, this hotel left little to be desired. It was challenging getting into the hotel due to the gate. The interior of the room was extremely dated and unkept. The hotel seemed as though it was once a shining star in the late 1990s or early 2000's. Our room did not have a closet but a door for a closet, the inside was cement wall. The bathroom was unkept and the furniture throughout the room was uncomfortable and old. The staff were not very kind either, I had a friend waiting for their flight in our room and they frequently questioned if they were a 3rd guest despite my continued answer that they were waiting for their flight at 9pm that day.

Liked: Staff. 100% excellent The restaurant is crazy expensive for the quality and flavor that we received.Love the location and the hotel decorations.
Disliked: My room was next to the utility room and the cleaning employees started to make noise really early. The hotel was empty, hence not sure why they gave us that room.

Great location

Liked: Excellent location, it’s right on a dog park with amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and it felt very safe.
Disliked: The in-room facilities could do with some improvement, we weren’t given towels when we checked in and those we were given had holes in them. Kitchen area has a sink that was not plumbed in which was weird! Given a coffee machine but only 2 pods, no sugar, creamers or even spoons - not a big deal but a small detail which would make a difference to a tired traveller.

Grateful for the location and...

Liked: Staff was very nice, attentive, and helpful. The location was fantastic.
Disliked: Bed was small and stiff. Amenities were light. It was very loud . . . Any movement/noises in nearby rooms like coughing, blow dryers, etc was very noticeable. Also any movement in the common courtyard area was also quite loud.
