Beautiful hotel and room, comfy...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, fabulous location. Staff very helpful especially porter (Luis I believe) who took our bags up to our room. Beds very comfy and room very nicely decorated. We were provided a fan in our room which was great for warmer nights.
Disliked: Thursday and Saturday night they had live music up on the roof terrace. Our room was on the second floor (306) so it was pretty loud. The live music not so much a problem but staff dragging furniture across the floor above gone midnight was quite disruptive as I am a light sleeper.

I’d stay here again because...

Liked: Loved the location with access to the park and all the great restaurants. We love how green the immediate area is.This is not a luxury hotel but is clean, charming and reflects the feeling of the neighborhood.
Disliked: We had a day or two with no hot water but the staff was really helpful arranging for us to shower at another property a few blocks away.

Disliked: No hot water in the shower after 8am ..

No air conditioning and stuffy...

Disliked: No air conditioning, the room is stuffy as well. The beads were very hard and uncomfortable.

Highly recommended Hotel with Excellent...

Liked: Pablo at the reception was exceptional! Charming, always smiling and very helpful. He made our stay even more pleasant
