Great small hotel in the...

Liked: The location is definitely the best part of this. Right in the heart of Condessa with so many great parks, restaurants, bars outside your door. The staff was also very attentive and helpful for any of your needs.
Disliked: Only bad part is there is no ice machine in the building. If you need ice, you can go to Oxxo ( convenient store ) down the street, and ask for a cup and ice and it costs almost nothing. Also, there is no central air, so if it is warm out, just ask for a fan and they will assist.

Liked: The property was conveniently located in one of Mexico City’s neighborhood. Great restaurants and amenities are available within walking distance. I was there last year and the staf remembered me. Staff was always available for help and were vety friendly
Disliked: The hotel lobby’s was not available for use. Access to and rofftop bar restaurant.

Hot rooms filled with mosquitos,...

Liked: The staff were nice and the location is generally good.
Disliked: There was no soap in the shower, and then it flooded while using it. The unit was infested with mosquitos and other annoying little bugs that seemed to come out at night. The unit was also poorly ventilated, and very hot, when the outside air temperature was mild - the room felt 10 degrees or more warmer/stuffy. Overall, I slept miserably every night on the so-so bed with so-so pillows in a hot mosquito infested room. Also, they advertise breakfast / meal-plan options but don't actually provide anything onsite anymore (so don't factor in the "breakfast" when making a decision).

Perfect for solo traveler on...

Liked: I really liked the location of the hotel. It was centrally located to everything I wanted to get to in the Roma Norte neighborhood. It was perfect for a quick stay over the weekend and for a solo traveler. I could hear other travelers in the hallways, but it was relatively quiet when I went to sleep, which was nice since I wasn't disturbed by noise both inside or outside. The staff were all very warm and welcoming!
Disliked: The only thing I wish the room had was a fan, it was a bit stuffy and the window didn't actually open up (to the outside). Also my remote didn't work for the TV, but I hadn't planned on watching TV all that much.

Liked: The location was great. The area was safe and it does get quiet at night. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: No air conditioner or fans for the room and that wasn't disclosed. On site breakfast was advertised but there wasn't any to offer. A roof top bar was advertised but there wasn't one. A downstairs bar was advertised but there wasn't one. We didn't want turn down service the 1st night but they went into our room anyway and upon our return that night, our room safe was left unlocked and left opened. Luckily nothing was taken. The next day we told the front desk again we did not want housekeeping service but to leave fresh towels for us with our key. (Every time we left the hotel we had to leave our room key at the desk). The desk clerk said fine no problem. When we got back that night to retrieve our key we asked about the towels and the new desk clerk on that shift said if we don't get housekeeping service then we don't get fresh towels.
