Liked: Once you master the robocheck-in (see below), everything was run smoothly and efficiently.
Disliked: For check-in (and general issue settling) the premises use a robo-concierge. It takes your ID, scans your credit card and issues the room key. The human that drives the robo-concierge connects with you via internet from the Philippines. Brave New World!

Disliked: We chose this hotel because it says we can pay at the property meaning we can pay in cash but when we got there we were told that we cant pay in cash
