Good location and clean hotel...

Liked: Central location on a quiet street. Room had all the essentials and bed was clean.
Disliked: Not sure if the room was cleaned on the same day as there was some dust in the bath on the toilet and sink. However, overall cleanliness was good.

Liked: Good location near the metro and train station. The room is clean, kettle in the room, and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Rooms are really small, but i think it's usual for Paris. There is no fridge in the room, but it is available downstairs.

Liked: Staff were friendly, location convenient for Eurostar, room comfortable and clean. Room was ready on arrival.
Disliked: Nothing

Definitely great hotel to stay...

Liked: Good location, next to Metro 7. Nice and quiet room with electric kettle, cleaned every day. Tasty breakfast with great variety of goods to choose.
