Liked: I recently stayed at Paris Brux Hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with Anny standing out for her exceptional hospitality—HE was professional, attentive, and truly made my stay more comfortable.However, the cleaning staff needs better training. They knocked on my door multiple times for cleaning, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, they were speaking loudly on their phones in the corridors, which affected the peaceful atmosphere.While the service at the front desk was great, improving housekeeping etiquette would make the stay much more pleasant.

Disliked: Rooms mouldy, dusty and very out dated. Pricey. Not worth the price we paid for a night stay. Room 425.
