Liked: Very friendly staff, fresh breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful and quiet hotel. Ideal for rest.
Disliked: Sauna and steam room / pool area. Floor was not clean and drains blocked.. the steam room was hot and good but the floor and drains uncomfortable so had to wear slippers.

Disliked: It was pretty expensive, and the room, which was supposed to be a Junior Suite, was an odd shape... there was another guest room in the centre of the room, which we had to walk around. There was just this big box in the middle of our room, which was a odd shape.

Fabulous weekend stay before Christmas

Liked: EVERYTHING! The location is so ideal for the metro and my son who lives in the area! The wellness center is fabulous to relax and refresh! The food was a high standard. The beds and pillows were so comfy! The room and hotel public areas immaculate!
Disliked: There were no complimentary/spare toothbrush toothpaste or biscuits! Coffee was amazing though.

Liked: The best stay in any hotel ever it was my husband's 70th they went way beyond making his day great. Spa is amazing could not fault it will definitely go back

Ok for an off beat...

Liked: Clean place, with lots of cafés and restaurants around.The flea market is right outside on the weekends.
Disliked: The room could have been given at 1 pm, as had been told in the online checkin.But it seems they wanted to stick to the 3pm checkin rule.The bed is very uncomfortable with terrible pillows.The room was too warm , had to open the windows at night.The housekeeping poked around my possessions.One of my hearing aids was found under the bedI had definitely left them in a case , which was zipped up in a pouch.It’s also not central.Requires a 20-30 minutes cab ride to Marais and other areas of interest to a tourist.
