This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and quiet. Appreciated the hotel shuttle to the venue.

Communication for resolution is very...

Liked: They offered a refund and I reached out multiple times and have not gotten a response. First room smelled like smoke and the next room had stains that looked like blood on the curtains.

Liked: Check in was good and the room was good
Disliked: Room service was bad. Ordered room service at 8am, said it would be a 45 min wait which was fine. After an hour we called to check on it and they said they’d bring it up soon. After about 10-15 mins I received my meal but they didn’t bring my boyfriends and they said it would be another 10-15 for his food. After 30 minutes I called again to check and they said it was being packed up and it will be up in a minute. 15 minutes later we still didn’t have his food and had to leave. Also while we were getting ready to leave a worker unlocked our room and opened the door without knocking while I was sitting on the bed
