This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and quiet. Appreciated the hotel shuttle to the venue.

Perfect place for a relaxing...

Liked: We had a great time, made the most of the swimming pool and the tasty food at the restaurant
Disliked: We had a problem with the reservation. Booking.com reservation was breakfast included and once there the hotel told us that we only had a coupon of $30 for the all family (4 people). The hotel told us they have a problem with Booking.com and tried to amend this. They kindly offered us to have the breakfast on them but it was an uncomfortable situation.

Liked: The bar was a terrific experience and thank you for allowing us to park before checking in. Parking in SC is hard.

One more American hotel that...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Poor customer service. Overcharged my credit cards without a clear explanation of why and what exactly happened. Promised to refund the overcharged balance and i have still not resolved the reversed amount. I have to spend more time on the phone with them. Still no resolution.

Liked: We loved everything. The decor is amazing. Our stay was so short we didn't get to play in the lobby. The restaurant was beautiful and the good was absolutely delicious. Eating and drinking at the pool was a luxury we didn't expect but enjoyed. Our room was spacious and beautiful.
Disliked: The water machine was out of order on our floor and it took me a minute to figure out which floors had the ice machine. Also I really would have liked chairs outside our room. It was only available on the first floor.

Liked: Beautiful design and nice hang out area around the pool, the food in the restaurant was really good and they had some nice non alcoholic options. The bed was really comfortable and the interior of the room was modern and new. The location was really convenient and we could walk down to the pier. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but not too much, so we felt safe to walk.
Disliked: While the pool area is really nice, it is not a huge area so it can get a bit crowded. Location is on a main road and you need to walk a tiny bit to get into a nice area for strolling, coffee etc

Liked: The staff...super nice.
Disliked: NO transparency about the closed jacuzzi. I stayed on one night and was told the hot tub would open tomorrow. I returned 10 days later ad still no honesty about jacuzzi being closed. After the 2nd night on my 2nd stay...the hot pool finally opened.
