This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and quiet. Appreciated the hotel shuttle to the venue.

Disliked: The in-room coffee maker.

If we go again to...

Liked: The decor was very nice and cosy! Me and my kids also liked the pool area. The weather was cold but the hot tub was great and the pool was heated.

Communication for resolution is very...

Liked: They offered a refund and I reached out multiple times and have not gotten a response. First room smelled like smoke and the next room had stains that looked like blood on the curtains.
