BETTER THAN WE COULD HAVE...

Liked: Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! My wife and I loved this hotel, our room (studio with balcony) was amazing. Especially considering how cheap our stay was! The 7 nights we were there, we didn’t have any complaints. Everything from the decor to the layout of the hotel was exceptional. We loved the rustic wooden keycard! Lovely touch. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the storage room for luggage after checkout (which was free!) was extremely useful. The balcony was so lovely, very cosy and comfortable yet private enough! We could not believe how comfortable the bed was, we sank in! The kitchenette was also very handy, with a nice cold fridge. You have the coffee machine with tasty espresso and lungo, teas, kettle and nice tote bag provided to use for shopping! Even dinnerware and glassware is provided too. The bathroom was very big and clean, great sized sink. Nice rainfall shower, loved the decor.We will definitely come back!! We recommend this hotel 110%!

Liked: - Beautiful large room with a very big balcony, - Nice interior design, in the room and in the whole building,- Comfortable location close by to everything.- Amenities as described - bath like in the photo, balcony, large bed etc.- Rooms are very accessible via an elevator
Disliked: - The heating was working very slowly, the room was very cold for most of the time (was 18 degrees when we entered and got only up to 19.6 after multiple hours and it was automatically turned off at night and not possible to adjust it). It made the stay not as comfortable, especially now in the wintertime.- Not everything was properly cleaned upon arrival (dirty soap dispensers, kettle with limescale and blood stain on pillow). It felt as if the room was cleaned in a rush.- The bedsheets and pillows could’ve been more comfortable (unpleasant feeling of sinking into them yet heaviness of them at the same time)

Liked: The hotel is sweet, the stuff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast starts a bit late, so for business people is hard to manage.

Liked: Location was close to the town centre, a couple blocks from the beach.
Disliked: The room was quite small. On our last night, the next door neighbours fought all night, slamming doors. Not much sound insulation between rooms.

Disliked: We paid for an upgrade & really wasn’t the most accessible room with a small mezzanine bedroom in the eves . I’m sure the other normal rooms would be good & not have the difficult access
