Alright for one night

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s hot water!!
Disliked: It’s right opposite a super loud bar so forget quiet sleep. Also it’s not in the best area of CDMX, it’s fine walking in day time but not the best at night.

Disliked: on arrival, we saw what could only be bullet holes in the reception desk protection screen...when we went upstairs to our room there was a cat litter box in the hall, with wet litter so it was being used (it is stated as no pets allowed).the room was tidy but not clean, there were multiple stains everywhere, we didnt want to touch anything, we didnt dare pull the bedsheets back.very old and useless windows, with no handles on them...never mind locks.we did not feel comfortable or safe to stay here and immediately booked somewhere else (this was at 930pm so we were very panicked to find somewhere) we only felt comfortable to wait in our room until the uber arrived. on leaving, we noticed a smell of urine in the doorway.we told the reception we did not feel safe and asked for our money back, was greeted with a no. i do not understand the reviews of this place as they do not reflect our experience at all. grotty, seedy and unsafe.

Liked: Location was amazing everything was around the corner, the place is safe to stay, The room was amazing and the staff was great,
Disliked: Is not that I didnt like but there was no Fan, no hair dryer, but besides that everything was amazing I loved the fact that they clean the room everyday,

Liked: Great location, near restaurants and bars. Close to metro stations, walking distance to Zocalo etc. Good clean room, comfortable bed and hot water. Staff friendly. Some noise outside but not too late at night so okay.
