Lovely stay at the heart...
Liked: Hotel is at a great location, walking distance to pretty much everywhere in the old town, there are lovely restaurants and Pantheon at your doorstep. The room is well maintained and super clean, we haven't tried the breakfast but it looked good.
Disliked: As our room was looking on to the street, there was late night/early morning noises (garbage collection etc), it didn't affect us too much so it's not too annoying, just adding in here so people are aware.

Great location and a fantastic...
Liked: The location and staff were amazing, very friendly. Next door to restaurants and cafes.
Disliked: No Air conditioning in the room! (Advertised in here as having air con) I asked the young lady in the front desk and she said my room (402) didn’t have air conditioning only heating! So the only way to get any air flow was to open the windows which is ok during the day but in a night the noise is too much to sleep. Windows shut the noise level is fine but the room gets very very stuffy! So quite a sleepless weekend sadly.

lovely hotel steps from pantheon.
Liked: perfect location within walking distance of Trevi, Campo di Fiori, Navonna, Spanish steps. close to tons of restaurants coffee shops shops and gelato.
Disliked: if you have a window overlooking the Via di Pastini be ready for loud revellers until early in the am. And then be ready again for garbage removal at 0600 from the different businesses including very loud removal of thousands of bottles which are unceremoniously dumped into a giant truck about 200 feet from the Pantheon and 150 feet from your window. Staff insisted the city tax had to paid in CASH upon departing, would not accept partial payment beforehand, and insisted no cards. imagine my surprise when the other two hotels we stayed at (one in Florence the other in Roma) had no problem letting us pay early with credit card. Not sure what's up with that but do not like how it smells. One of the desk clerks got testy with me when I tried to pay the night before saying it was just not possible then to give me a receipt until the next day,.

Fabulous location for our first...
Liked: The location is superb - only 10m from the square overlooking the Pantheon. The only downside is that the taxis can struggle to reach this location as it’s in the oldest part
Disliked: Very little to complain about. The room was very hot when we arrived so we opened the window which is directly over the street and during the night it was very noisy on that street - but with such a central location this is to be expected.

Beautiful hotel Roman Town Villa...
Liked: Perfect location right next to The Pantheon. Beautiful boutique hotel which made me feel like I was staying at an ancient Roman town villa! The marble floor in our suite was Versace! Huge bathroom with enormous bath and shower. The hot water was a little hit and miss but you are in ancient Rome and not a travelodge so no worries there! The staff were lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a suite with an extra bed and bathroom on an upper level because my partner had a cold and was snoring so we could get a good night sleep! The beds are comfy (we had a huge king size and a double) and there are ample towels and toiletries provided along with a kettle and fridge with coffee sachets etc. We asked for a jug of milk for the fridge to have with our coffee provided no problem. We didn't have breakfast as we preferred to go out and make use of the numerous cafes around the square just outside the hotel. The restaurants here have great atmosphere and food (not too pricey for central Rome either) we didn't eat anywhere else. Imagine having dinner right next to the iconic Pantheon! All the other major attractions are within walking distance or short taxi ride (which the hotel will book for you) The main thing for us was the beautiful hotel style and great location. Depending on your room there is some street noise due to the central location (not loud and rowdy at all just street noise from the cafes etc.) and it was a rugby weekend so take some earplugs if that will bother you. I quite liked falling asleep to the gentle chatter outside. We actually found that due to being by The Pantheon people were very respectful and quiet. Absolutely no traffic noise though due to the location.A fabulous stay and if we return to Rome will 100% stay here again
