All good. Definately would go...

Liked: Very convenient. Helpful, flexible, generous and easygoing staff. Welcoming and well located place. Aesthetically very amusing insides. All good.
Disliked: Niente di particolare. TV wasn't working properly, but (once in FIRENZE) ... It wasn't a problem at all.

Liked: Very good location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Lift.
Disliked: I would have appreciated a kettle in the room but the hotel has a bar.
