Value for money hotel 2'...

Good

Liked: Great location, right by the beach. Nice breakfast and lovely staff. Small but comfortable room and bed.
Disliked: Extremely loud noise and music all night long from the beach parties right by the hotel. At breakfast I sat at a table near the end of the terrace to enjoy the view, and was asked to move to a further one near the door because I was by myself. Even though there were no more people at breakfast at that time.I'd appreciate more hooks in the bathroom and a tall mirror in the room.

Unfortunately not the best! But...

Liked: The property was right next to the beach which was awesome and the restaurant on the beach served good food.
Disliked: The hotel was unfortunately over priced for what they offer. The rooms are super tiny for the price and were not clean. We had to ask for the bedsheets to be changed. The location is great but further away from the busy area of Rimini.

Nice staying

Liked: Tasty breakfast, very nice cleaning ladies!The hotel is very close to the beach. The location is quite calm and safe.
Disliked: The hotel staff told us to pay for a stuck blind which was fully functional and not broken. “The repair” was carried out without our knowledge, we were out of the room. They didn’t show us any act of completed works (a bill, a cheque). Someone literally told us “just trust me”.But if we exclude that situation, staying there was nice.

Disliked: The room was very small and the wifi was not good. One of the staff was not very nice to me at the time of my checking in

Great value right in front...

Liked: Great value! We were super happy with the location of the hotel, it is right in front of the sea.The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff of the hotel are exceptional. Friendly all the way! Front office was helpful, were very nice with the kids too. Even tho we prefer self service buffet, we enjoyed this sort of breakfast system as well. Food was always fresh and tasty, f&b servers were fast and kept everything refilled, it is very rare to have such a well-oiled team. Houskeeping did their best as well and when it was raining heavily they provided extra towels. Also, my mom ripped her bracelet accidentally, they put the found pieces on her nightstand with a small bag to keep the pieces together - very attentive thanks. :)
Disliked: Our rooms were right next to the elevators and staircase, which got very loud when an a**hole careless group arrived and kept many of the hotelguests awake by slamming doors, shouting and running up and down on the staircase like lunatics for two nights in a row. - not the hotel's fault but was part of the experience of our stay.The shower in one of the rooms was leaking and not fixed while we stayed which was a bit annoying but absolutely fine comparing to all the good things.
