Liked: I loved everything about the hotel. The location, my bar, my room, the staff. I didn’t want to leave! And the neighborhood it is in is local and quiet, with so many great restaurants close.
Disliked: Nothing

Charming staff who always say...

Liked: Such a lovely historic palazzo converted into a comfortable hotel. There is even a lift taking you up the three flights. My top floor bedroomOverlooked the roof of the Pitti Palace and the Bobili gardens. The lovely sound of the two churches calling locals to prayer was beautiful.
Disliked: Would have appreciated a rug beside the bed and stone tiles cold.

Liked: The staff were very helpful with one exception. The food was very good, room was fine (bed a bit hard). View was nothing (ruff tops)
Disliked: Only complaint is that we are in our 70"s and were told that the hotel didn't assist with luggage. It was EXTREMELY difficult for us. For the cost, I was very disappointed.

A hotel full of character

Liked: An elegant traditional hotel, tastefully furnished. Small so an exclusive feel. Fabulous terrace, with buzzing atmosphere in the evening. The staff were great. Good location close to the Palazzo Piiti.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Gorgeous palazzo, great location with a fabulous rooftop bar. Breakfast was great.Location perfect, would stay again
Disliked: our room was near the kitchen so it was a little noisy in the evening and mornings but it wasn’t too bad and we don’t regret staying here.
