Excellent comfortable stay

Liked: We had a lovely stay at palazzo del borgo . We stayed in room 8 it was a large room.And it was very quiet no outside noise and a way from the lift.The breakfast had a good choice and excellent selection,All the staff were very helpful and friendly.Really liked the location was 5 mins walk from the train station And close to a lovely square with restaurants and bars around it.Plenty of benches to sit and watch the singers and world go by.

Convenient and welcoming place for...

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located near the train station, but also right in the old town. All the staff wonderfully warm, welcoming and ready to help. Beautiful view from my room window and very nice, clean, recently refurbished bathroom. A bonus was a kettle with all coffee/tea little trinkets as well as a little fridge. Super nice breakfast area in a dreamy courtyard full of plants and decorated with with sculptures.
Disliked: The room itself very outdated not only in decor style ( old furniture, signs of years of damage on the walls and quite unappetising stained carpet ), but also had wobbly night stands, wobbly lamps and the only power outlet adapter in the room NOT working. Also, the hotel floor plan is quite confusing and THERE ARE STAIRS within one floor - can be important for persons with mobility issues and large, heavy luggage.
