Very friendly and familiar stay.

Liked: I have been to Hotel Palazzo dal Borgo several times in the past and always find the personnel extremely helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic! Walking distance from everywhere. Only a few minutes from the train station. If you arrive by car, the hotel calls a garage nearby and takes care of it for you.The rooms are comfortable and very clean.
Disliked: I personally like sleeping in rather cool rooms, but for someone the rooms might be a bit cold and heating up the room takes a while.Most rooms are very quiet but this time I was on the first floor and the window was facing the street, so it was a little noisy.

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Staff so lovely and very helpful, going out of their way to provide suggestions for sites and activities locally and other parts of Italy. Great location, 5-15 minutes walking to most attractions. Excellent breakfast with delicious pastries on offer. Would definitely return!
Disliked: Nothing at all - it was a great experience.
