Great hotel in a great...

Liked: We loved this hotel with lovely staff in a great location. Breakfast was very good and ladies in breakfast room always cheerful and helpful.My only suggestion would be a towel rail in the bathroom - happy to reuse towels but nowhere to put them to dry!But we would definitely stay again next time in Florence.

I would recommend this Hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was enough to keep us going or the first hours of the day. Room was spacious and clean at all times. Location is Tops, walking distance from Maria Novella Train Station and minutes away from Duomo. Also there are many restaurants in the same area.
Disliked: Nothing in particular

Disliked: The breakfast was a bit basic. Just one kind of cheese and if you were not there early the whole wheat bread was gone

Lovely place to stay in...

Liked: Great place to stay in Florence. Good location, excellent breakfast each day. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Room was very small but overall a lovely experience. Staff super friendly and helpful. Quiet and modern.
Disliked: Room was very small. A bit of a struggle with two suitcases.
