Liked: Great location, good double windows that cancel noise from quite busy street, comfortable bed and enough furniture in the room.
Disliked: Overall room looked clean and toilet had "sanitized" stripe on it. However, when at some point I lifted the seat it was very clearly not cleaned under the seat, which was very unpleasant to see.Breakfast was very modest - no scrambled eggs or sausages like in most hotels.

Great location and perfect for...

Liked: Fantastic location and very quiet at night. I have stayed here many times and enjoyed.
Disliked: I would have liked tea making facilities in the room.

Amazing location for touring Florence...

Liked: Amazing location, especially if you are visiting Florence for a short period of time, everything is stones throw away, very easy to get to and at the same time peaceful and quiet. Room was rather small, but with a great city Kiev over the rooftops, nice breakfast spread, attentive and very friendly staff.
Disliked: One of 2 pillows could have been smaller as I found them be too big for comfy sleeping, but that's just me.
