Pleasant stay

Liked: Location of the hotel is perfect to reach attractions , staff was really kind and helped us to reserve for restaurants. Kept luggages after check out till our evening train and gave us comfort for the last few points to visit
Disliked: Nothing

A beautiful, clean hotel in...

Liked: The room was spacious & clean. We had a nice open window with a view. It was in a great location as well.
Disliked: It’s very small, but just the layout of the bathroom and the fact that the body wash etc was in paper packets so it was annoying to use (not a huge deal at all)

Great location in Florence!

Liked: Excellent location as it is close to train station & many attractions. Room was clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the daily breakfast! Great staff especially Deborah who was a great help when my air conditioning wasn’t working for the first few nights! Would definitely stay again!

Disliked: There was a terrible stench from the AC vent which was unbearable. Staff didn’t do much or offer to change rooms despite bringing it to their attention thrice.
