Disliked: The hotel was in a historical center so it is not their fault that they don't have place to park but the parking they provided were little far in distance. Room size were pretty small, it would have been uncomfortable to stay more than a day.

Liked: This was the most lovely hotel iv been to in a long time, the bed was so comfortable the coffee in the room was delicious, nothing wa sour of place it was so lovely and comfortable c the breakfast as very dignified- table service and proper coffee. I love this hotel and will come again

fantastic hotel in charming town....

Liked: its beautiful & in an old palace. absolutely great location & exceptionally helpful staff. they have a comfy bar/tapas restaurant onsite. the free breakfasts were absolutely delicious & served on beautiful china plates. i took a massage at the spa which was great too, & did a yoga class on the terrace. totally recommend
Disliked: there was a slight funky odor in my room, maybe from the rug.

Liked: What a wonderful hotel. Lovely room, patio, terrace, and breakfast room. The breakfasts were delicious and the coffee excellent. Really enjoyed the indoor therapeutic pool with heated stone - truly amazing. The staff was very helpful and efficient.

Liked: We liked where it was but very difficult to find and unload but staff were so helpful. Definitely needs a sign. The wash basin was far too far away from the loo in the room. Shower went everywhere and the lighting far too complicated.
