Liked: Really comfortable bed
Disliked: Car park is horrendous - if you have a saloon or SUV and you value your alloy wheels, do not use this car park. The lanes are very narrow, and you will scuff your wheels.The wifi is a joke, doesn’t work at all.No aircon in the room - in the middle of the night we were forced to open the window, but then the traffic noise meant we still couldn’t sleep

Liked: In general it has everything . The food is good and the location is great.
Disliked: This time I felt the team mainly during breakfast seemed tired sometimes /some of the them lacked the tactfulness and decorum in dealing with customers requests .

5 stars? Its a joke!

Liked: Helpful and understanding personnel!!! Refunded me the parking cost for all the inconveniences. Complimented 2 extra water bottles. Let me keep the car in the garage for a few more hours after check out.
Disliked: Very outdated interior. No coffee machine - has to request. They brought a nespresso machine, 4 low quality (not Nespresso) coffee capsules, 2 teabags for 2 people?! Cups without paper tissues. No cream for coffee. Slow internet - couldn’t stream a movie. Toilet is too high - for tall people only! Toiletries were only for one person.
