Staff were very helpful and...
Liked: Lovely morning buffet and good snacks and light fare. The location was perfect for walking around the city but still quiet. The contemporary decor was quite interesting, a bit unexpected, but quite fun.

In general the place is...
Liked: This hotel is wonderful, absolutely atmospheric and quiet and very close to the cathedral. Beautiful building and territory.
Disliked: Few details: the faucet in a shower was a bit tired, and didn’t work well, there were no enough power points, specifically behind the bad to power the phone.

Were I to return to...
Liked: Breakfast and dinner were very good. Service was outstanding.
Disliked: A shower that precluded water spilling out would've been helpful. It is evidently an international trend to only have a partial shielding of shower water. Quite the annoyance!

Perfection
Liked: It was nice to have two rooms with separate beds since I snore and my wife was able to enjoy some peace and quiet in the next room.

Good
Liked: Inviting public places for sitting and mingling. Rooms are somewhat dated and small. A bit disappointing given the hotel’s5-star rating. The restaurant was very good as was the bar.
Disliked: Location excellent. A very attractive suburban feel near a stream and park yet steps from the heart of the city.

Enjoyed the evening meal, otherwise...
Liked: Nice room, good evening meal with excellent service (the high point). Staff overall good.
Disliked: Outside area very poor furniture & service slow. Got to make more of it. And over priced for what it is, which is a good 4-star hotel.
