Liked: Wonderful location, quiet, peaceful, easy parking, very nice room and a close walk to the Cathedral. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and staff were very kind and very nice.

Disliked: I find the property is very dark inside and needs to refurbish some areas specially bath tub in rooms

Liked: This is a gem of a hotel, nestled in Santiago and close walking distance to the cathedral but an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the town.The staff are exceptional and their attentiveness to ensuring you enjoy your stay was immaculate. Loved my stay and am already plotting to return!

Liked: Everything went wonderfully. My daughter and I were very impressed with the level of the hotel as well as the treatment we received from the extremely attentive staff. Had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was the highlight of our stay, definitely beyond what we expected (that in a Country known for its exquisite and varied cuisine).
