Liked: The hotel was very comfortable with lovely staff - very friendly. Loved the decor esp. in reception. The room was a good size as was the bathroom which was really well stocked with toiletries. Bed very comfortable. Water left in the room every evening.
Disliked: While, I didn't mind, the window in the room was tiny though maybe this is a plus in Seville in summer. The breakfast was tasty but a little expensive.

Liked: The bar was OK and the reception team tried to compensate for a hotel lacking in a lot of hospitality basics at this price level.
Disliked: Depressing room with no real window, room lighting that did not work, bathtub that malfunctioned, room needs a re-fit. Breakfast service was a mess with a stressed unharmonious vibe and missed orders. New years dinner was way overpriced and of extremely low quality, we did not finish several of the courses, uninspired wine choices, dining in the cellar does not help elevate the experience.A disappointment and not worth the cost.
