The staff here were incredibly helpful when I needed it. They went above and beyond by personally escorting me outside to my Uber when I had difficulty finding it, finding me a place to eat late at night, and excellent service at the bar after attending a concert. The rooms was beautiful with a fantastic street view. Everything was incredibly clean and felt very comfortable and homey. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again as a first choice when I return to Quebec City.

Liked: The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. We loved the balcony and the garden setting. The food was excellent! Staff were super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palace Royal.
Disliked: The parking garage was very tight for a bigger vehicle. And we weren’t big on the live band. We weren’t expecting as many children on site as there were, it made it rather loud in the pool area. But we loved the Hotel Palace Royal.
