The staff here were incredibly helpful when I needed it. They went above and beyond by personally escorting me outside to my Uber when I had difficulty finding it, finding me a place to eat late at night, and excellent service at the bar after attending a concert. The rooms was beautiful with a fantastic street view. Everything was incredibly clean and felt very comfortable and homey. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again as a first choice when I return to Quebec City.

Liked: The room was nice and had pretty city views. I was happy there was a sauna onsite.
Disliked: It feels run down and not as nice as the photos.

Liked: The garden was really nice! We used the pool and spa more than we thought because of it.

This hotel is a bit...

Liked: This hotel is very well located, close to the heart of the "old" downtown Quebec. Although you have to pay for the breakfast, it offers a variety of different options. The hotel also has a gym that should be enough if you'd like to work out briefly while traveling.
Disliked: We stayed here three nights and on two of them there were concerts in the pool. While this may not be as troublesome as it sounds, the music was very loud even if we kept the doors to the balcony shut. Also, the door that separates the living room from the bedroom are made of glass, so the room as exceedingly bright when we were putting our daughter to sleep. We eventually had to cover the door with aluminium foil. Finally, the parking lot on site is paid.

Liked: the proximity to old quebec is perfect. Excellent location excellent hotel. Very clean and attentive staff.
Disliked: Way too many children in the pool area at all hours of the day no adult time no relaxation time in the spa.
