The staff here were incredibly helpful when I needed it. They went above and beyond by personally escorting me outside to my Uber when I had difficulty finding it, finding me a place to eat late at night, and excellent service at the bar after attending a concert. The rooms was beautiful with a fantastic street view. Everything was incredibly clean and felt very comfortable and homey. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again as a first choice when I return to Quebec City.

Prime location to enjoy Winter...

Liked: The check in process was easy. The on site restaurant and bar was convenient especially after a couple long days in the cold.
Disliked: It’s always nice to have Valet parking but that was not a deal breaker for us. We had to park nearby due to our vehicle height.

Liked: We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but there were no issues with checking in. When we requested a higher floor, the front desk staff was very kind and helped us move to a room with an amazing view. Our entire family was very satisfied. The front desk lady's name was Salman, and she was the best staff member we encountered.

Liked: Location and rooms set- up.
Disliked: No robes in room. No rug in room to catch moisture from wet winter boots. No spare blankets in room. Hôtel starting to look aged and worn in certain areas.

Liked: We liked the hotel itself. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful.
Disliked: At the end, they wanted to change us a $100 fee for a breakfast buffet we never ate at! I told the front desk there was a mistake, that we ate out at other restaurants every morning. She said someone in accounting, or some other department would have to investigate the get back to me. They never got back to me and charged me anyway!
