The staff here were incredibly helpful when I needed it. They went above and beyond by personally escorting me outside to my Uber when I had difficulty finding it, finding me a place to eat late at night, and excellent service at the bar after attending a concert. The rooms was beautiful with a fantastic street view. Everything was incredibly clean and felt very comfortable and homey. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again as a first choice when I return to Quebec City.

A must stay, when visiting...

Liked: So amazing! It’s right in the front of the entrance to old Quebec and one of the theatre’s . Surrounded by restaurants. Highly recommend an interior suite to catch the live tunes, and overlook the pool.
Disliked: The restaurants mainly the steakhouse was always booked solid. When we checked in , we were never told the importance of booking ahead.

Liked: It was the best location! Within walking distance of Old Quebec and all of the tourist attractions there.
Disliked: We had difficulty locating the parking garage. Buses were in the way. Maybe if there was more signs directing us to the parking would be very helpful.

Great location, old but comfortable.

Liked: The location was fabulous. Easy to get to and close to old town and the historical sites. The restaurant where we ate breakfast was very nice and the service was excellent.
Disliked: The bar was under staffed and service was super slow. One night we walked out because we didn’t get service!!
