Liked: The location, it was convenient
Disliked: To begin, when I did the reservation I was told that I will have to pay when check in and not before and that they would not contact me to request a early payment for reservation, they did… and they only accepted international transfers so I had to stress and run to figure out how I was supposed to do this in the time they gave to before “canceling” my reservation… a few days after I did the transfer and after they confirmed me that they had received the email with the bank statement I received a notificación that they were about to cancel my reservation due to lack of payment… like seriously….. I had to call them AGAIN to figure out what was happening. At least at the end they didn’t cancel my reservation. Once we arrived it was noting like the photos in the website or google. The rug in the room was stained… the bed sheets too… every time me or my partner had to shower the whole bathroom floor got wet… we reserved 2 rooms, one of the rooms had like a hole in the floor, so whenever you steps on the rug there it was like smush, the keys stopped working every 2 day or so.. so we had to go back to the reception 2 or 3 times during the whole week because the card keys weren’t opening our room…. They give you ONE bottle of water at the check in and they say you can refill it using the filter they have at the reception, however, the water coming from that filter tasted very bad… The hotel is completely overpriced for what it really is… I would definitely not stay there again.

Fantastic!

Liked: The personnel was very friendly and calm. The room was spacious and comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was nice and also open until late, which was very convenient.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was all the posters of the bull fights in the lobby. Remove those and I really have nothing to comment!

Disliked: The bed sheets and towels were full of all kinds of stains and incredibly dirty. Even seemed like they were not washed at all. The bed pillows were very old (full of lumps) and extremely uncomfortable.

Liked: The location, nearby turistic attactions. Restaurant staff very attentive and food was good. Breakfast is ok. It was clean even if sometimes it was smelling like tabbacco (I guess our neighboors?).
Disliked: Very, very noisy even if we were in the 6th floor. You can't switch off the outside light so mosquitoes will be attracted. The bed clothes were having stains, so even if clean, it made you wonder. For a 3 stars hotel the facilities were very poor. Uncomfy toilet due to the distribution of the toilet just next in diagonal to the sink (?). The bed was hard and the pillows uncomfy.
