Liked: Very clean
Disliked: I chose the hotel mainly for spa facilities, when I arrived I was told that the spa was closing for a week (my luck!), on the day of checking out I was ask how was my stay, which answered as above, the spa was closed so I was disappointed. The nice guy said ‘ah but you could have used the spa in another hotel near by, but no one mentioned that at the spa on the day they said it was closed…. Apart from that all good ah also the beef 45 restaurant was closed, but the bar food was very nice

Liked: Everything! The comfortable beds to the best tuna tartar ever ! Food was excellent! The spa is absolutely delightful and peaceful with buckets of essential oils to expand your day ! The location is unbeatable and very close to everything

Nice stay in Berlin

Liked: Good location, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Building and entrance was old fashioned. The bed was quite high, but this is personal. Overall good hotel

Great location and lovely Hotel.

Liked: Location is great. We had a lovely x’mas market right outside of the Hotel. Breakfast was a great selection and served till 12pm, which was handy for lazy mornings. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Overall a great stay.
Disliked: I think they can keep family rooms separate to business or couple only lodgers. There will always be some pedantic lodgers annoyed with slightest of kids noise.
