Liked: Have stayed at this hotel several times. Very nice staff. Clean, inexpensive family room. Comfortable beds. Good location.

Disliked: Very congested... no hot water in the morning. Even dustbin is not placed in the room....we booked room for three but definitely the room provided was not even good for two

The place has potential but...

Disliked: Room was furnished terribly.Put a decent seat on the toilet. It was so thin and flimsy you bumped went through and touched the bowl. Just terrible!

The hotel and the rooms...

Liked: We were looking for an cheep hotel appartamens with a private bathroom. This hotel gave us excellent value for money. All amenities, hot and cold water, linen and towels were clean.The staff was very friendly. It was not necessary to pay in advance, payment upon check-in.
Disliked: The hotel is not far from the center, so the street is very crowded and loud until it's late at night, and the noise from the street can be heard in the room. If you plan to go to bed early, then this is not for anyone).

Liked: I booked as it was close to metro station. And yes it was only 20-30 meters from Chateau deu station.This station has connectivity throughout Paris.
Disliked: Its not a hotel. It just offers you stay. You need to find nearby restaurants for breakfast or any other meal.Rooms are too compact. But we didnt mind as we were out of room till sleep time.
