Had two beds but could...

Liked: We requested and received a room on the bottom floor.
Disliked: The TV volume did not work. Could not hear some stations at all.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Staff was not at all helpful. When asked for WiFi password he claimed he didn’t speak English. Knocked on the door around 9am to ask if I was checking out when checkout is not until 11. Also no coffeemaker in room and coffee in lobby was cold.

Liked: the location was good
Disliked: there was no breakfast when i specifically booked a hotel with breakfast. the beds were hard as a rock and completely uncomfortable

Liked: Room was neat and clean, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Plenty of hot towels.
Disliked: The light fixture in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling with the wires exposed.
