loved it!
Liked: the room was lush! So stylish and spacious. Good selection of tea and coffee, and wash products. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful, and so friendly! LOVED the happy hour and night caps! So comforting in the winter!
Disliked: There was a strange sewage smell in our room.. it didnt put us off the room, but wasnt great. the only mirrors were no where near the window for natural light.

Exceptional
Liked: Good location, interesting use of the space of the old brewery. Great spaces, such as the lobby bar.
Disliked: Shower/bathroom afforded only minimal privacy. You could be seen by others in the room.

Really good but need to...
Liked: Really well decorated : the room design is pretty and the building itself is quite interesting. A pleasure to the eyes! The location was good: near the M3 and the S train station. The neighbourhood is moving and you can see that lots of exciting things are happening or are gonna happen. A good mix between old and new, modern and classic.
Disliked: The breakfast, even though is good, is too expensive: 30€ for a buffet, oh my! Yes the food is fresh and you have a nice view of the city but it still doesn’t explain or justify the price. The shower handles to turn on and off the water were hard to turn. I had to use all of my strength to do so and if you have soaps on your hands, you’ll need a towel to use them. ALSO and maybe most important: there was a camera in the shower, like a ring camera for front doors. I asked the receptionist what it was and she told me it was to detect when someone in the shower to heat the floor… well, I wasn’t convinced and still it made me uncomfortable taking showers.

Cosy chic stay
Liked: We've stayed before so know what to expect, but its always a cosy stay, and we love the round window rooms. We slept well, so the beds are comfy, and the lounge areas are very relaxing in an industrial, chic way. The daily wine hours are a nice touch. A good selection of tea and coffee is provided in the room. Breakfast was included, and we were happy to see that there was an even better selection available this time. Like most hotel rooms, we found it too warm, so kept the window open, although we were woken up one weekday morning by roadworks at 7.00am!
Disliked: Somehow our room missed out on being cleaned for the duration of our stay. The reception staff were apologetic and assured us it shouldn't have happened. It was disappointing, but it won't stop us returning as it remains a very good hotel for our purposes.
