Liked: Excellent location to catch the ferry from Bilbao, very clean hotel with comfy beds and modern rooms. Staff were friendly, free parking very secure
Disliked: Not much immediately near the hotel other than a petrol station, although a village with cafes and a supermarket is approximately ten minutes walk away.

Disliked: when I booked it through booking.com I searched foe bilbao hotels and this was described as "3000 yards from town centre". it was, but not the town I wanted to stay in. this is not the fault of the hotel, but booking.com. I have no faults for the hotel, it was excellent

Good comfortable rooms and cafe...

Disliked: Only reservation was price relative to previous hotels, I.e. hotel Vejo 90min away 40% cheaper with even better rooms and facilities

Liked: A perfect location to catch the ferry the following morning, secure garage parking for motorcycle.Comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom, a credit to the cleaning staff who are often overlooked!Will stay there again if in the area.

Great for ferry sailings

Liked: Clean, comfortable, 15 minutes by car from port. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming.Underground hotel car parking with lift. Our go to hotel prior to ferry departure from Bilbao.
Disliked: Unfortunately everything closes on Sundays so unfortunately we couldn't even get a coffee.

Good location to the ferry...

Liked: Staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean and spacious. Hotel was located in an industrial estate. Train station to Bilbao only 4 minute walk. Location to the ferry was 15 minutes drive approx.
Disliked: Hotel restaurant/bar closed at 8pm on friday and Saturday. Closed all day Sunday. Need to be open everyday til at least 11pm.Went to order food at 6.30pm on Friday and they had stopped serving food? Not sure what time they finished service at. Ridiculous.

Liked: Clean business style hotel, on the edge of Bilbao, Room was a good size, comfy beds and clean and tidy, free underground parking for our motorcycles, 15 minutes from ferry. Petrol station below hotel. Bar and Restaurant, Please be aware, the Restaurant is not open at the weekend and bar closes early. Small town close by, 10 mins walk or 2 minutes by Motorcycle/Car. Overall great for nights sleep before early ferry crossing.
Disliked: Bar closed early, Restaurant doesn't open at weekends in the evening for dinner.
