Very good
Liked: It was clean and decent, a bit vintage style, and the staff was kind and smooth with communication.
Disliked: It's location, it's in the city's outskirts in not so nice neighbourhood. We would have never stayed there if it were not for the festival that was taking place in that area. Anyway, we encountered no problems with the locals.

Great stay, would come back.
Liked: Very friendly and multilingual staff, good italian breakfast. Free parking in the street or parking for a small fee in the courtyard possible. Great pizzeria close by. Very clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: Old facilities and small shower.

Superb
Liked: The Hotel Original is like a Fiat: small, cheap and cheerful. It's also clean, friendly and well-maintained. The Corso Unione Sovietica area is a little grubby, but full of life. With lots of cafes, pizza joints, small shops and a street market, it makes a much better job of the workers' paradise thing than its namesake.

They are lying to your face
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The management of the hotel in unprofessional and hotel staff is lying to your face. I can't rate the hotel itself as we didn't have a chance to stay there, but I can tell you about people who represents and work in the hotel. Unfortunately, I had to communicate with them. I won't go deep into the details but people who are travel by car, as we did, should be careful with this hotel.We were traveling from Spain and we expected to be in Touring around 10 pm. Before making reservation, I checked that hotel is open till 11.30 pm. Later I received message from the hotel that, in case, our arrival time after 9 pm we need to contact them to be sure that they check us in. I did it and lady in the reception told me that they won't be able to open parking after 9 pm, what was critical for us as we were looking for a hotel with parking on the hotel side. We agreed that I will send cancelation requestion without charges and they will approve it. I did it from my side but they didn't. Instead of that next morning I received cancelation initiated by the hotel because I didn't show up. I contacted booking support and explained the situation. Booking representative wrote request to the hotel to receive approval to remove the fee. As we were in the city, we drove to the hotel to ask them to approve it. The lady on the reception understood the situation from the first second and said that she received e-mail from booking support. She called her manager. And of course, they told us they are going to write to booking that they are fine if we won't pay any charges. After some days I received message from booking that property didn't reply to them and they can't do anything with that. So, hopefully it was reservation for just one night. I know that I did reservation without cancelation and it's risky, however, I also know that in that situation hotel doesn't provide service they indicate on the booking and charge you for this.
