Value for its money, safe...

Liked: Nice hotel. We chose the hotel because it was near to the conference that we had to attend, but we loved it. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood where you can find everything (shops, restaurants, bars, playgrounds). It is near to the river and very close to the city centre, bus station in 3-4 minutes distance. Delicious breakfast. Kind staff

Liked: Everything!!! Best decision I’ve ever made. Totally worth it. Just one bus ride from train station. The hotel can also help get you bus tickets. So convenient location. There’s laundry wash and dry nearby just 3 minutes walk. I’ve booked in 5 different places in Italy but this is the best by far. Totally recommend to everyone even with little kids like mine.The best bonus of all, the staff were helpful and friendly and fantastic breakfast with savory choices as well and their pastries are really good. Fresh and super tasty.

Positive stay.

Liked: New, clean, near to street with a lot of cool restaurants and shops. Easy access by foot to city center. A lot of parking places on street but need to search free place. Salt and sweet breakfast.
Disliked: Presence of smell of Clorex which impossible get rid of.

Liked: We had a wonderful time here in Florence and that was especially due to the outstanding service provied by the staff at Hotel Orcagna. We had breakfast each morning inside and were always greeted kindly with delicious food and cappucinos!
Disliked: One thing that comes to mind is the bathroom situation as it is not its own seperate space but just a part of your room and the shower has no door that you can close. Another thing is how far it is from the center which we were aware of before we booked but regardless, keep it in mind.

Exceptional

Liked: Everething was great - the hotel, the breakfast, the staff. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. There are many restaurants and shops close to hotel and it's about 15-20 min walk to the center of Florence.
Disliked: There is nothing bad.

Good hotel

Liked: spacious and clean room. Nice staff. We had breakfast included, quite a good buffet. There is a small fridge, kettle and coffee machine in the room. there is also inexpensive parking nearby. Overall we liked everything
Disliked: The room was quite cold and the air conditioning didn't work, there was no heating. It would have been nice if the shower had a curtain so that the water didn't splash all over the bathroom.

Disliked: Having to lift luggage one flight of stairs to get to the elevator, although it’s only about 4-5 steps.However, we received assistance from a staff member without even asking

Exceptional

Liked: A gem and a real surprise, the location is quiet and quickly accessible to the city center. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, prepared with love. The rooms are renovated, very nicely decorated and clean. Additional plus coffee and teas in the room. I will definitely come back.
