Exceptional

Great location and great staff...

Liked: Perfect location just off the Gran via, close to parks, bar and restaurants. Loads of tourist attractions within 5 minutes walk and great transport links. Staff were friendly room was clean and what I expected when I booked.
Disliked: No door for the bathroom it was an open design. This seems to be the trend in Spain for en-suites in new homes and hotels. A very minor complaint and didn’t bother me that much.

I’ll definitely stay here again

Liked: Great location. Nice buffet at breakfast and lovely connected restaurant. Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: They forgot to clean our room one day but quickly brought up fresh towels and toilet paper.

Great location!

Liked: The location was fantastic! The beds were super comfortable and the room was tastefully done. The front desk attendance were very helpful as well.
Disliked: The café/bar area was our least favorite part of the hotel. Not very friendly to tourist. Could not get a menu even though we asked twice. They just wanted to verbally tell us what was on the menu we left and didn’t even use the restaurant upstairs. This is the only reason we gave the hotel nine out of 10 stars.
