My two night stay was...

Liked: Very welcoming. Comfortable room with everything I needed. Perfect temperature. Excellent location - several metro stations close by. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Would recommend.
Disliked: No complaints.

Great location and great staff...

Liked: Perfect location just off the Gran via, close to parks, bar and restaurants. Loads of tourist attractions within 5 minutes walk and great transport links. Staff were friendly room was clean and what I expected when I booked.
Disliked: No door for the bathroom it was an open design. This seems to be the trend in Spain for en-suites in new homes and hotels. A very minor complaint and didn’t bother me that much.
