Liked: We would like to thank the receptionist for letting us to check in early free of charge.The breakfast was very good

Very good

Liked: Excellent location near the Opera (and Opera metro station). Room of good size, large bed, good bathroom.
Disliked: No cofee machine or cattle in the room. Bed quite rigid.

Superb Location, would definitely stay...

Liked: Location right next to Opera Metro and a stone's throw from the Palace. Well within easy walking distance of the Plaza Mayor. Excellent staff, very helpful and spoke English so well.
Disliked: I personally didn't like the bed comfort - I can struggle on certain mattresses though so others will be absolutely fine. Breakfast buffet could be a bit more advertised. But the Cafe Opera served a decent breakfast with good variety.

Brilliant location, a bit shabby...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: A bit dated, room was shabby in places. No speaker on first night and then housekeeping left us a speaker and charge only lasted ten minutes before it was flat. Coffee, sugar was not replenished by housekeeping.

Liked: The rooftop balcony and greenhouse jacuzzi were exactly what we needed!
