Liked: It was a lovely room and the area was fantastic.
Disliked: Could hear the guy in the next room snoring :'(

Liked: Excellent location , helpful and kind staff, cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: No parking at the hotel property

Acceptable

Liked: In front of public transportation stations, which is great. The staff was nice and friendly, which I appreciated.
Disliked: For the price I paid, the experience was acceptable, but there were some aspects that could be improved. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall comfort. Despite arriving an hour after the scheduled check-in time, my room was not ready. Additionally, the shower was missing essential features such as a proper door and a stand for toiletries like soap and shampoo.

Just that the toilet floor...

A terrible stay that stressed...

Liked: The staff were extremely nice. They spoke English, Dutch and French.
Disliked: Almost everything else. The shower was a literal HELL, since there are now shower curtains or like a wall to contain the water. Not to mention the mess the shower made because it wouldn’t drain away quickly enough; the bathroom became a literal swimming pool and it was stressing us out…The room was very cramped, so no moving space at all. The door to the room was nifty and felt like you could barge in with just enough force, so that didn’t felt safe at all… (not recommended for single female travelers).There is NO AIR-CONDITIONING, so it is very warm in the room, even in winter temperatures. Only fresh air was available through a window.The neighborhood is VERY sketchy, so please be advised to bring someone with you. It looks like it is close to the expo: but it still is quite a walk!!!We were by car and parking was VERY DIFFICULT in the late hours…

Disappointing

Disliked: I forgot my makeup kit in the hotel room and i have been trying to call and contact but zero response.If any of the staff member could see this please help me get my things.i will even pay for you to ship them back to me.
