Liked: Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location good- close to subway, etc. Room was nice size.
Disliked: The hotel is a bit run down.

It smelled so strongly of...

Liked: Location is fine. Bed was comfortable although propped up with a makeshift piece of wood.
Disliked: It smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke in the hallway. When I mentioned it to staff, they seemed unconcerned and not apologetic. The place is dingy and desperately in need of some upgrades. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Liked: I loved that the facilities downstairs were new and the staff were nice
Disliked: Some of the rooms were not updated and need maintenance repair. Some fees I was charged at checkout that I wasn’t informed about such as early or late checkout fees most hotels I’ve stayed at inform guests if they want early checkout that it will cost more money but I didn’t realize I was charged for late checkout until I received receipt and need to see if I can get it refunded.

Ok 3 star hotel not...

Liked: Location is great, new bar and restaurant are quite nice
Disliked: Our room was no where near a 4 star hotel: the bathroom door handle came off briefly locking one of us in the bathroom, the window in the shower crank was broken and they taped privacy plastic in it. The floor and sometimes and our room smelt like weed (we do not smoke). One elevator was bad for 20 floor hotel.
