Overall great stay and location...

Liked: Location and View. Saw the snow falling from my room and it was a dream! Staff was quick to fix mix up with room booking
Disliked: No microwave kinda was a bummer

Liked: That it was very nice and spacious and love that you could see out but wish the view was better view
Disliked: That the sink wasn’t draining so every time we brushed or wash our hands in their the water with sit in there for hours before draining. Didn’t like that we couldn’t use the hot tube because it was only coming HOT water and unfortunately my daughter is 2 can’t put her inside that. She really wanted to play in there

Liked: The 11th floor view was a great bonus. The location was right around the corner from a main subway stop (Delancy/Essex St). The bed was incredibly comfortable. The desk staff were very helpful and polite.
Disliked: The sneaky "facility fee." What did we get for this? Breaking this out as a separate non-optional cost is misleading. If you have to have it, why not just include this in the room rate and be up front about it?We couldn't open our balcony door. Why not? The room next door had access to their balcony.

The staff was great, but...

Liked: Arrived to very nice staff that were very enthusiastic to get me in a room hours before 4pm checkin.
Disliked: One of the two elevators didn't work. The robot for room delivers did not work. The toilet did not work properly and ran water all night. The faucet in the sink was clogged and backed up every time it was turned on. Also, in the photos on the instagram the stairs with view of the city looked like a community space. It is not, and only open for private events. The bar and lounge area are under construction and also not available for use.
