The hotel was clean and the staff was great. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location, would consider another...

Liked: The location. The room was decent and clean.
Disliked: There was only one working elevator, sometimes it took minutes waiting for it. Too expensive for the service.

The man that worked overnight...

Liked: My business associate had dropped me off around 11pm and I thought she had booked the stay prior to arrival. The man at the desk said there was no reservations made under my name. He gave me an attitude. Charged me more than what the rate was on Booking.com. Usually the staff is pretty great, I’ve never had any issues with them if anything they are usually great help and willing to accommodate the travellers needs.

Great stay in LES

Liked: The location in the Lower East Side is excellent. The newly renovated lobby is very nice, and the views from the rooms and the size of the rooms with the big soaking tubs are great. Staff were very nice.
Disliked: Some of the rooms (furniture), the elevators, (one of the 2 elevators has not been working for a while), and the hallways (carpets could use some cleaning) could use a little TLC. But this is still one of our favorite hotels in LES.

Disliked: The remote stopped working so we couldn’t watch the Tv . There was one robe in the closet for a 2 person stay. The toilet was backing up and making an awkward noise for most of the stay. And the neighbors were so loud
