Disliked: We rented 2 rooms: Here is my recommendations on both:King - more coffee pods - upon making reservations, ask what size robes customers will need 2 Queens - more coffee pods - 2 for the possibility of 4 people is unacceptableupon making reservations, ask what size robes customers will need and quantity.

Liked: building is gorgeous! alert staff very kind. most people at front desk were nice and helpful.
Disliked: the robes…. awful! texture felt like an old towel and sizing was way off the XL barely fit my slim boyfriend, very underwhelming for how nice the building and expensive the stay is. I understand the shower lip is probably so low/non-existent so it can be considered ADA approved BUT no matter how much we tried to ensure the curtain was fully closed water leaked all over bathroom floor. was extremely slippery! very disappointing. had to use the extra hand towels to try to soak it up. felt so bad for housekeeping having to deal with that!!!

It was a great escape!
