Liked: A very nice and stylish hotel. My room was very big and comfortable with a rest/couch area and sleeping/bed area. Big and nice bathroom. There is a bar available on the ground floor. Tea/coffee available 24/7. Private parking behind the hotel for additional fee. No breakfasts in the hotel. You need to go across the street to get breakfast
Disliked: Creaking floor. I had impression someone was walking in my room, even though the sound was coming from upper floor or next room

Liked: It was beautifully designed, with interesting artifacts and artwork and large, bright, comfortable room and bathroom. The whole hotel was creatively designed with the old floors and details left. It was comfortable to hang out in, with lots of sitting areas, even a lovely big skylit area on the second floor outside our room. Pittsfield was an interesting urban town, different from nearby areas like Lenox. We had a fabulous breakfast at Dottie’s nearby.
Disliked: We were surprised at how much we liked it.
