Liked: The room cleaning was good, and the breakfast was tasty (although a bit repetitive).
Disliked: The hotel doesn’t meet the standards of even a 2-star rating — there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room, let alone tea or coffee. There was also no minibar. But the worst part was the complete lack of access to an iron. There wasn’t one in the room, nor was there one available on the floor or upon request. The only option was to order ironing as a separate paid service, and you had to wait for it.There was also a shampoo (which doubled as body wash) in the bathroom, but it was of very low quality, and there was no hair conditioner provided.
