A gem of a hotel,...

Liked: The location is superb with Tram and metro links outside the door, to both the beach and the city centre. 15 minute walk to the Mestalla.The staff were all fantastic, the reception staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, especially Angel who was really wonderful.
Disliked: I would have liked tea and coffee in the room, but to be fair coffee and drinks was available at reception 24/7 at very reasonable prices

Liked: The staff at reception is great. Especially the elder woman behaves so kind and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast hall is at the entrance and facilities here is a bit old. The staff here is so rude and does not want to help for anything. It was ridiculous and so sad. But again that elder woman came and managed the situation.

Very good

Liked: The location of the hotel is good. We used a combo of walking and trams to get around. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a little run down but everything (rooms, sheets, bathroom etc) is clean. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good range of vegetarian options. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Valencia.

Superb

Liked: The location is very good, one block to the metro (subway), Tram stop in front of the hotel. There's a grocery store in the same block, quick access to beach by tram. Staff was nice to provide an early check in.Hotel and room was resonable clean.
Disliked: It was not super clear that one night payment was required to confirm the reservation and the payment was made outside of the booking app. In the first instance it looked like a scam, I had to call the hotel to confirm if the payment system was legit.
