Everything Fine

Liked: Everything was fine: price, parking in front of building, room, breakfast. Good hotel for good price.
Disliked: Nothing was wrong except a little smell from toilet in the bathroom.

Liked: Nice, clean, comfortable beds. Very polite and friendly staff, we got everything we needed. The helpful receptionist not only provided for hot water for my medicine, but also extended the check-out time, so I could stay warm and cozy while my family went to visit the former concentration camp

It was fair overall, but...

Liked: I wasn't able to eat the breakfast because I had to enter the Auschwitz concentration camp early at 7:30am. The staff didn't offer the ability to pack the breakfast and take it with me or pick it up at the end of the day. The staff was mostly helpful otherwise.
Disliked: Various swimming teams had the entire hotel rented out the next night. They staff also didn't let me eat dinner at their restaurant either. They said the restaurant was only for the use of the swimmers that night. Thus, I could neither eat breakfast, nor dinner there the entire day.
